How do I include a gift card with my cookies?

Gift card information can be added to the Message to Seller section on the Paypal Order page, just before you pay. Our cards are 3.5 x 2 inches, so limit your message to 50 characters or less.

Do you make custom cookies?

Yes! but... the supply of cookie cutters and icing designs are limitless so any custom cookies must be made by special order and are subject to additional charges. How long will A Dozen Eggs cookies last?

A Dozen Eggs cookies can remain fresh for about eight to ten weeks if properly stored. We recommend keeping them in their closed tin when not being eaten.

How many cookies come in a tin?

Cookie totals per tin are based on individual cookie size so we try to fit as many as we can but actual count may vary slightly per tin. The average cookies in a large tin is 20 and 10 for the small tins.

A Dozen Eggs sugar cookies may contain: Unbleached All Purpose Flour (Hard Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Butter, Sugar, Eggs, and Pure Vanilla Extract. The Icing is made of: Sugar, Corn Starch, Pasturized Egg White, Fd&C Red#40 & #3, Yellow #6 & #5, and Blue #1 & #2

How much does it cost to ship my package?

A Dozen Eggs charges a flat shipping fee of $9.00 for orders up to $55.00, $12.00 for orders up to $99.00, and $18.00 for orders $99.00 and above.

How long does it take for my cookies to arrive?

With the exception of a few of our most popular cookies, A Dozen Eggs cookies are made to order. It generally takes 3 to 5 business days to produce the cookies and 1 to 5 business days for shipping.

Outside of the New England or Tri-State Area, they will ship US Priority Mail and will arrive in approximately 2-3 days from the shipment date, however, exact arrival date is not guaranteed. We cannot track Priority Mail packages and they are generally delivered separate from regular mail. If the recipient is not home, a notice is left in the mailbox.

Within the New England, Tri-State Area and , cookies are shipped UPS Ground and will arrive in approximately 1-2 days from the shipment date. We are able to track UPS Ground packages.

What if my package does not arrive?

You will be notified by email, if we are provided with an incorrect address or the package is refused by the recipient and returned to us. A Dozen Eggs will not refund your money for incorrect shipping information or packages refused by recipients. We will ship a new tin of cookies at half the cost, but shipping will be charged at full price. If A Dozen Eggs put an incorrect address on the box, we will refund your purchase, or ship a new package at no charge to you.
